The ideal candidate is looking for career and personal growth and has at least one year of restaurant management experience. Requirements Must have prior restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service restaurant Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching. Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all parties Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc. Responsibilities Supervisor is the first level of management. Supervisors are responsible for assisting management in the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant. Supervisors maintain proper execution of product, training and refinement of Team Members, Build relationships with Guests, handle Guest issues, and are a model of Hospitality. Teaches and practices the Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness. Leads by example, is vocal and prepared. Maintains Cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment.
