Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions, establishing individualized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals.
• Employ a range of treatment modalities including exercise interventions, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adapting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on appropriate therapeutic techniques and the use of assistive devices to encourage independence and safety.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices by participating in professional workshops and collaborative meetings with healthcare teams.
• Reevaluate patient treatment goals periodically and revise care plans to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and sports injuries, as well as individuals with chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and collaborative healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with experience in electronic health records (EHR) being a plus.
• A high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, preferably within a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Prior experience working with a diverse patient demographic and understanding of various therapeutic techniques is advantageous.
• Prior clinical mentoring experience or involvement in coaching new graduates is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
