Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining their needs and developing customized treatment programs.
• Implement rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual patient diagnoses, focusing on areas such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary discussions with fellow healthcare providers to enhance collaborative care and maximize patient results.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities in both clinical and patient home settings to ensure adherence to physician-directed plans of care.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers about treatment processes and home exercises to facilitate ongoing recovery and improved quality of life.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as required, always aligning with best practice standards.
• Meet business objectives and utilization goals while delivering exemplary customer service to foster a positive patient experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily treat patients with varying conditions, collaborating closely with individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries, athletes in rehabilitation, and children with specific therapeutic needs. Our focus on personalized care allows for a unique experience where each patient is seen as an individual, leading to targeted interventions and substantial improvements in their functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in computer skills and data entry to maintain accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with demonstrated competency in diverse therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of contemporary rehabilitation practices and commitment to lifelong learning.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
