Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement treatment protocols tailored to individual patient presentations, demonstrating clinical proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that captures all aspects of patient care, including initial evaluations, ongoing treatment progress, and discharge summaries in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to optimize patient care.
• Engage in ongoing patient education, providing insights on home exercises and lifestyle modifications that support recovery.
• Attend regular facility meetings to stay informed about updates in treatment protocols and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
