Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and restrictions, using evidence-based methods.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that address the unique goals of each patient, emphasizing motion restoration and mobility improvement.
• Maintain an appropriate and manageable patient caseload, ensuring dedicated time for personalized care and follow-up.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and other rehabilitation modalities to maximize patient outcomes and reduce recovery time.
• Educate and motivate patients regarding their treatment plans, empowering them to engage actively in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies and ensure integrated patient management.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions and treatment modalities using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with an emphasis on WebPT for efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in case discussions and continuing education opportunities to stay current with the latest therapies and research in physical rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals rehabilitating from surgical procedures, and patients managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a proven track record in creating effective exercise programs.
• Comfortable navigating EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient documentation.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices, consistently integrating research-supported methodologies into patient care.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred, showcasing expertise in patient management and rehabilitation.
• Experience working within a collaborative healthcare team and participating in interdisciplinary patient care.
• Active involvement in community outreach or educational initiatives promoting physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
