Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical capabilities, utilizing standardized tests to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Direct and implement physical therapy programs aimed at restoring, improving, and maintaining clients' physical function and mobility.
• Provide expert oversight and mentorship to Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring fidelity to care plans.
• Determine necessary therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapies or prescribed exercises, based on individual client assessments.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, documenting evaluations, progress notes, care plans, and other relevant patient information.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on holistic treatment strategies and share insights on client progress.
• Engage with clients and their families to educate them about rehabilitation techniques and equipment usage, empowering them with knowledge for ongoing recovery.
• Advise on home modifications and other resources to increase clients' independence and support their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor clients' conditions continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all aspects of care.

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Mineview, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
