Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, identifying individual goals to develop customized treatment plans.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions that include manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to enhance patient mobility.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, providing focused attention and care to each individual.
• Employ evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve functional capabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a well-rounded approach to patient care, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Document all treatments and progress in a timely manner using EMR software, ensuring accurate patient records.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy techniques to enhance service delivery quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. We focus on delivering tailored rehabilitation to help each patient regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their mobility, whether they are athletes, active individuals, or seniors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with completion of an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia is required, along with a clean professional record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques, coupled with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent documentation skills, with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software—experience with Web PT is a plus.
• Deep understanding of and ability to implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, especially in orthopedic care, is highly desirable.
• Experience developing and implementing customized fitness and rehabilitation programs that align with patient objectives.
• Past involvement in collaborative health initiatives and teamwork with healthcare professionals from various disciplines will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
