Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including the review of medical histories, performance assessments, and documentation of findings to formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process for a collaborative approach to care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in implementing individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes, continuously adapting therapies in response to patients' progress and the evolving healthcare environment.
