Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and determining individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation findings.

• Implement treatment protocols that align with the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring adaptability based on each patient's evolving condition and progress.

• Document patient care activities meticulously, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries, to reflect an accurate picture of the patient's treatment journey.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, recognizing when changes in a patient's condition necessitate modifications to the care plan or the need for further medical consultation.

• Communicate openly and effectively with patients, families, and third-party payors, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about treatment plans and patient progress.

• Engage in ongoing learning and compliance activities to keep abreast of state/local/federal regulations and corporate clinical guidance.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to foster a supportive workplace and contribute to the continuous improvement of services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in treatment approaches and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
