Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' assessments, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient recovery and function.

You will primarily work with adult patients who are seeking rehabilitation after orthopedic procedures, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a nationally accredited program.
• Possession of an active Virginia Physical Therapy license.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
