Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient based on comprehensive assessments.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to assist in mobility and function restoration.
• Establish clear, measurable rehabilitation goals and track patient progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in creating an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment procedures, and self-management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will assess and treat individuals of all ages, utilizing specialized approaches tailored to various rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy.

• A passion for helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
