Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our cutting-edge rehabilitation facility in Manassas, Virginia, where your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient care and outcomes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life culture that promotes employee wellness. The facility is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and technology, designed to support comprehensive treatment plans and patient educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct patient assessments to identify movement dysfunctions and design appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of one patient per hour to ensure quality one-on-one time and care.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions ranging from manual therapy techniques to functional exercises.
• Minimize reliance on medication through holistic approaches, focusing on non-surgical alternatives tailored to each individual.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of patients suffering from orthopedic conditions.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Document all treatments and progress accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system for continuity of care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt plans to optimize recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Manassas, VA, with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions against the license.

• Proficient in designing effective and innovative exercise regimens tailored to patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT, demonstrating efficiency in documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
