Work Environment

This position is based in our rehabilitation facility, where a multidisciplinary team collaborates to maximize patient outcomes. All staff members are encouraged to foster an engaging and supportive atmosphere. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be working 40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday, in an onsite setting that facilitates hands-on therapy and direct patient interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to create tailored treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address a wide range of diagnoses, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Create and document progress notes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and practice standards to track the effectiveness of interventions.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as you build lasting relationships with patients and their families, enhancing their overall experience.

• Guide patients and caregivers in exercises and mobility strategies, ensuring their understanding and compliance with treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.
