Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring all interventions align with the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities based on a thorough assessment of the patient's condition.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver care within established productivity metrics while maintaining a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
• Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers, helping to instill confidence and independence in recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, attending regular case reviews and team meetings.
• Foster an environment of exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will also have the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, including pediatric and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A current and valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with patients to support their functional goals and recovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer and word processing programs.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies, and strong clinical reasoning skills will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

Reliant Rehab Services LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
