Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients to determine their physical capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring plans are tailored to specific patient needs and goals.
• Consult with a variety of healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure a comprehensive continuum of services.
• Document treatments and evaluations accurately in compliance with applicable laws and standards while maintaining effective communication with the interdisciplinary team.
• Engage in patient education by instructing patients and their families on rehabilitation protocols and strategies for achieving optimal outcomes.
• Participate actively in leadership functions that include community outreach, program development, and staff education.
• Oversee and mentor assigned support staff, enhancing department efficiency and fostering professional growth within the team.

Compensation and Benefits
