Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Body and Motion, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and evaluating individual patient needs through detailed examinations and diagnostics to develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Implementing and directing physical therapy treatment aimed at preventing disabilities, relieving pain, and restoring functional movement, adhering to evidence-based practices.
• Overseeing the activities of physical therapy assistants to ensure consistency and quality in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Administering therapeutic exercises, instructing, and motivating patients in their rehabilitation exercises, promoting compliance and enthusiasm towards their recovery.
• Evaluating the home environment for potential barriers and recommending changes to promote independence and safety for clients.
• Keeping accurate clinical records including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring comprehensive reporting and continuity of care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Physical Therapist role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
