Work Environment

The working environment is primarily onsite in patients' homes, where you will provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of each patient. As part of our home care team, you will travel to various locations within the Dulles area to deliver care, which offers flexibility and a chance to build strong relationships with patients and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and functional capabilities.
• Implement and manage ongoing patient treatment sessions, making adjustments as necessary to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to discuss patients' conditions and treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care.
• Supervise support staff, offering guidance and mentoring to enhance their contributions to each patient's care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, marketing efforts, and quality improvement processes aimed at enhancing departmental operations.
• Engage in professional development through continuous education programs, attending workshops, and participating in staff meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population facing a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
