Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including a comprehensive review of medical history and physical assessments, to establish personalized treatment plans based on specific patient needs.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and the proposed treatment plan to patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement in goal-setting to promote effective rehabilitation outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care and consult on cases requiring additional input.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, including evaluation notes, progress updates, and discharge planning, to reflect the comprehensive care journey and meet regulatory standards.
• Utilize effective time management skills to maintain productivity standards, ensuring prompt attendance to meetings and participation in hospital and community engagements.

• Serve as a mentor and clinical instructor for students in the Physical Therapy program, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
