Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate modalities including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment tailored to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Perform regular evaluations to track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, the use of assistive devices, and self-management techniques to support rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, patient responses, and progress toward therapeutic goals in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional development by attending workshops, participating in clinical forums, and networking with other healthcare professionals to stay current with advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a diverse array of individuals, including children and adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological impairments, chronic pain conditions, and post-injury rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying demands of the patient population.

Preferred Experience
