Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients for physical therapy needs based on physician referrals.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Implementing and adjusting therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies according to the needs of each patient.

• Providing education and support to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment processes and rehabilitation strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals with orthopedic injuries requiring rehabilitation. Qualifications

To succeed as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Blast Tech, you must possess:

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with orthopedic patients.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interactions with patients and caregivers.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
