Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including gathering extensive medical histories and performing specific assessments to create tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment objectives clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that align with each patient's unique presentation and the evolving landscape of healthcare.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and modify care plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current CPR certification is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.

Preferred Experience
