Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Pro - Ace Recovery Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, identifying their unique needs and developing effective treatment plans.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions that are consistent with best practices in orthopedic care, tailoring approaches for each patient.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes through shared decision-making and continuity of care.
• Providing education and training to patients and their caregivers, equipping them with the knowledge to enhance recovery and manage their health conditions.
• Documenting patient progress and utilizing targeted protocols to adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus primarily on orthopedic patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, including but not limited to sports-related injuries, joint replacements, and post-operative care. You will also have opportunities to work with pediatric and neurologic patient populations, broadening the scope of your practice and enhancing your clinical skills. This diverse client focus allows for a dynamic work experience where no two days are alike, fostering a deep understanding of the recovery spectrum.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a valid state license to practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

While familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies is essential, we value candidates who also bring a positive attitude and a genuine desire to build relationships with patients and their families. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and capability. In addition to a robust base salary, our benefits package includes:
