Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, factoring in each patient's unique challenges and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking improvements and modifying treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on exercises, use of assistive devices, and therapeutic activities to support recovery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends by participating in professional development and attending relevant workshops and seminars.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including occupational therapists and speech therapists, to achieve comprehensive patient care goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including both adults and children who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and other health issues. Our approach emphasizes personal engagement, empowering patients to take charge of their recovery while receiving the physical support they need to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidate progression toward or possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A current and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
• Exceptional flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

• While prior clinical experience is advantageous, newly graduated therapists are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience with various physical therapy modalities is a plus, along with knowledge of current rehabilitation protocols.
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
