Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored physical therapy services to patients, addressing their individual goals, needs, and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patient demographic includes adolescents, adults, and seniors, each with unique therapy needs. Ensuring comprehensive and empathetic care is essential in helping them regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required, with preference given to candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy modalities and creating individualized exercise programs that yield successful patient outcomes.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the latest evidence-based physical therapy practices and techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, emphasizing hands-on rehabilitation.
• Experience working with sports medicine populations and familiarity with advanced rehabilitation technologies.
• Keen understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration in a healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
