Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our well-equipped rehabilitation center, where collaboration and professionalism flourish. The facility is designed to foster a supportive and positive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Our operational hours from Monday to Friday, either from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, ensure a work-life balance while allowing ample opportunity to directly impact client care. You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's treatment plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop effective, individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's medical history and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs for diverse patient populations, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation while also addressing pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining open communication with patients and caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and documentation practices to monitor progress, automate patient follow-ups, and perform necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Engage with colleagues and contribute to team discussions aimed at maximizing patient outcomes through collaborative care strategies.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by offering guidance and resources to enhance understanding and involvement in their rehabilitation journey.
• Meet established productivity goals while maintaining the highest standard of care and fulfilling organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems, are necessary to document patient progress and treatment services.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with collaborative treatment approaches that integrate therapy with other healthcare services is highly desirable.
