Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and unified approach to client care.

• Conduct crisis interventions when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to support clients in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with ethical standards and organizational requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, creating a safe and welcoming space for participants to share and heal.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n
