Alfil Logistics is hiring an Administrative Assistant - Entry-Level for the Distribution Department in Colorado Springs, CO. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. Previous office or logistics experience is welcome. This role supports daily distribution records, communication, and coordination.
Duties
- Prepare shipment paperwork
- Update delivery schedules
- Organize digital order files
- Assist with routing notes
- Track department requests
- Support distribution reporting
