Customer Experience Representative | $20/hr + Incentives | Full-Time| Apply Immediately

Training starts October 19th from 9 AM to 5:30 PM- Monday thru Friday. All schedules include weekends. You don't have to chase leads, dial by hand, or figure it out alone. We've built the system we need the people to run it. $20.00 per hour to start. We are looking for go-getters who aren't afraid to reach out to our members and potential customers. Multiple incentive programs available with the opportunity for income growth within your first 90 days based on performance.

Our team is supported by AI inbound calls are routed automatically and outbound campaigns run through an automated dialer. That means you walk in every shift with a full queue, the right tools, and a clear playbook. Your job is to connect with customers, book the work, and deliver the kind of experience people remember. Everything else is handled.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls book appointments, answer questions, deliver a great experience every time
• Work outbound campaigns using our automated dialer reach current and prospective customers
• Sell Goettl's Sadie Preventative Maintenance Program and cross-sell additional services
• Set up accounts, enter detailed notes, and keep every interaction documented in the system
• Stay current on all active promotions, pricing, and service offerings across all markets
• Be the voice of Goettl professional, knowledgeable, and focused on solving the customer's problem

What We Need:

• 1+ year of customer service experience- comfortable with AI
• Call center experience preferred
• Sales-oriented mindset you're comfortable asking for the booking
• Strong communicator clear, professional, and calm under pressure
• Computer proficient you can navigate multiple applications simultaneously
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Reliable and punctual attendance matters here
• Able to pass background check and drug screen upon offer
