Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of customer's experience with service performed by Service Department to include: Provide an itemized list of charges to customers upon service completion Communicate to customers estimated repair time and cost before starting work Oversee progress of repairs in the Service Department and communicate all changes to customer’s Manage the administrative functions of the Service Department Maintain strong working relationships with Sales and Parts Teams Promote the sales of the Service Department through: Identifying opportunities with current job orders and make recommendations to customers Reviewing service recommendations made to customers that have not been scheduled Promoting all incentive programs Provide Super Service through best professionalism Requirements Two years of experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role Working knowledge of service warranty processes Advanced organizational, communication, problem‑solving and interpretative skills Intermediate technology aptitude to include Fluid use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using IDS or similar service management software Use of third‑party vendor sites for information and ordering A natural “Doer” attitude towards customer service and action items We Offer Competitive compensation.
