Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. This role involves developing staff, managing labor costs, resolving employee issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting a safe work environment, identifying and solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. 1st Shift Operations Supervisor | $65,000 up to $80,000 with Monthly Bonus 2 Weeks PTO in First Year – 8 hours upon hire. Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production. Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time. Drive and lead events such as LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events. Requirements 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience. Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills. Pass a drug test and background check. Be motivated and energetic. Great work ethic.
