Continuous Improvement Manager

We are partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across a production facility. This role partners with site leadership to identify opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance. Facilitate problem‑solving efforts using tools such as DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen. Manage improvement projects from planning through implementation and results tracking. Train and coach leaders and employees on continuous improvement methodologies. Support KPI development, daily management systems, and standard work practices. Drive employee engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve measurable results. Communicate project progress and improvement outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies. Proven project management and leadership experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
