Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on operations professional to partner directly with executive leadership and help build structure, processes, and accountability across a growing organization. Business Operations Manager/Chief of Staff is focused on improving how the business operates by identifying gaps, creating processes, implementing systems, managing projects, and driving execution across departments. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to identify operational challenges and implement solutions. Build, document, and improve business processes across multiple functional areas. Lead special projects from planning through execution. Create structure, accountability, and reporting mechanisms to support organizational growth. Coordinate initiatives across departments and ensure priorities remain on track. Develop workflows, standard operating procedures, and process documentation. Evaluate and implement systems, tools, and operational improvements. Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution. Support strategic planning initiatives and operational execution. Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses for leadership. Ideal Background Experience working closely with a founder, CEO, owner, president, or executive leadership team. Demonstrated success building processes, systems, or operational infrastructure. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to influence and drive initiatives without direct authority. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
