Relationship Banker

Job Description Bank of America is looking for a Front‑Line Teller to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self‑service banking options, and process cash transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results. Collaborative, building and nurturing strong relationships. Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an improved client experience. Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs. Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging all clients. Adaptable to new information and technology platforms. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Efficient time and capacity management. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including being scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance. Compliance with established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance). Shift & Hours 1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week. Pay & Benefits Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.77. Base salary only; not incentive eligible.
