About us The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is a state‑of‑the‑art, 34‑bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence and return to the lives they love following an injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF‑accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and our Stroke Rehabilitation and Amputation Specialty programs. How you’ll contribute A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role: Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital Assists and coordinates intake and pre‑admission screening process Performs on‑site (typically in referring facility) clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission Communicates to patients and family the rehabilitation and facility options; communicates to patients deemed appropriate for admission the patient’s expectations and requirements for participation Secures information relating to patients’ resources and benefits Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
