Trueline's client, an international law firm known for high-stakes litigation and a strong presence in technology and life sciences, is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join their New York office. This role offers hands‑on experience across complex patent disputes and direct collaboration with senior trial lawyers in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

What You'll Do as the Intellectual Property Litigation Associate: Support all phases of patent litigation, from pre‑suit strategy through trial Manage document production, review workflows, and discovery processes Participate in meet and confers and help drive discovery strategy Take and defend depositions alongside senior attorneys Work with technical experts to develop and refine expert reports Draft motions, legal memoranda, and persuasive briefs Contribute to PTAB proceedings, including inter‑partes reviews, as applicable Must‑Haves as the Intellectual Property Litigation Associate: 2-5 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm or IP boutique Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred J.D. and active admission to the New York Bar Excellent academic credentials Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice‑to‑Haves as the Intellectual Property Litigation Associate: Experience with PTAB proceedings, including inter‑partes reviews USPTO admission Background in software, engineering, or computer networking Our Client Offers: Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 - $325,000 depending on experience Exposure to high‑profile, cross‑border IP disputes Direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys Accelerated professional development opportunities Collaborative, high‑performance team environment Strong platform in technology, life sciences, and complex litigation #J-18808-Ljbffr Trueline
