HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Intermediate Care for a local contract nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Description & Requirements

Specialty: Intermediate Care
Discipline: RN
Duration: 13 weeks
36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, days, nights
Employment Type: Local Contract

Requirements:

Education: Associates Degree or Higher
Experience: 1 year of Stepdown ICU RN experience in the Inpatient Hospital Setting
Licensure: AK RN License
Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Skill Set:
- Charge Experience
- Experience with trach patients requiring continuous BiPap/long term vent support
- Experience with titratable drips including: dopamine, dobutamine, nitro, cardene, ketamine, heparin, Cardizem, amiodarone
- Experience with CIWA assessments and Alcohol/Drug withdrawal treatment
Typical Procedures:
- Emergent cardioversion
- Any procedures requiring moderate sedation will be performed in a procedural area

- Bachelors Degree preferred - MediTech charting experience preferred - Travel experience preferred
