Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Michigan SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
• Experience delivering speech and language services in school settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Design tailored intervention plans and deliver direct therapy services
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment based on student outcomes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state policies
