Are you a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist ready to support students face-to-face in a school environment? The Edustaff Spotlight Program is seeking dedicated SLPs to provide essential speech and language services to students with IEPs and 504 plans. What You'll Do:

As a vital member of the Edustaff Spotlight team, you will:

• Conduct in-person evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools.

• Develop and implement IEPs , creating customized goals tailored to each student's strengths and challenges.

• Provide direct, face-to-face therapy sessions that target articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication.

• Track and report student progress , adapting therapy approaches based on outcomes and team feedback.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success across academic and social settings.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines.

• Participate in IEP meetings , offering professional input to guide team decisions.

• Stay up-to-date on best practices in school-based speech-language services and professional development.

Who You Are:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Licensed to practice as an SLP in your state

• Covered by professional liability insurance

• Experienced in providing school-based speech-language therapy services

• Skilled at collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff

• Organized, proactive, and passionate about helping students succeed

• Comfortable working with a diverse caseload in a dynamic school setting
