Clinical Director (BCBA) Locations: Aurora & Joliet, IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Rise Up for Autism is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a Clinical Director . This position provides clinical oversight for our Aurora and Joliet centers , ensuring high-quality ABA services while supporting the growth and development of our clinical team.

What You'll Do- Provide clinical leadership across our Aurora and Joliet centers.
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical staff.
- Ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.
- Monitor treatment quality, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
- Partner with operational leadership to support clinic growth and performance.
- Address complex clinical concerns and support families.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with BACB and payer requirements.
- Maintain a reduced caseload while providing clinical leadership.
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between the Aurora and Joliet centers
