Regional Vice President, OperationsThe Regional Vice President, Operations leads a portfolio of regional offices within a division, owning full P&L performance, operational execution, and leadership development across the region. The RVP directly manages the General Managers of assigned offices and is accountable for profitable revenue growth, service quality, safety, working capital discipline (including collections and WIP management), and building high-performing local leadership teams. This is a hands-on, field-facing operating role in the restoration industry. The RVP spends the majority of their time in the region's offices -- coaching GMs, walking jobs, meeting customers and carrier/TPA partners, and driving execution of company initiatives at the local level. The RVP is a key partner to the Division Vice President and a critical link between corporate strategy and field results, aligned to ATI's Big 4: Grow Sales, Culture/Customer First, Build a Strong GP, and Rev'n Up Cash. The person who thrives in this role is a decisive, high-accountability operator who leads through their GMs rather than around them -- equally comfortable reading a WIP report, coaching a leadership team, and standing on a loss site during a CAT event.
