Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students with significant social and emotional needs in a dynamic and collaborative school environment. This full-time role centers on providing expert behavioral analysis support within the Pyramid Program at a middle school setting, dedicated to delivering intensive special education and therapeutic services. You'll play a vital role in a small, structured environment, helping students thrive academically and emotionally alongside a supportive team.

You’ll have the opportunity to shadow the current BCBA and ensure a smooth transition when the current provider takes leave in December, offering a seamless experience for both staff and students.

Your Expertise:

• Active BCBA licensure required
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, especially within school settings
• Experience supporting children or adolescents with significant behavioral, social, or emotional needs
• Ability to collaborate with educators, clinicians, and families
• Flexible, organized, and proactive approach to changing needs

Your Role:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral support to students in the Pyramid Program
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data analysis
• Train and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations
• Offer direct services when needed and support crisis interventions
• Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards
• Attend meetings, occasionally held after school hours

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract position, with a daily schedule from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm. Virtual interviews streamline the application process, and the opportunity to shadow before the current BCBA leaves ensures you’ll be set up for success.
