Responsibilities: Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and inbound agency leads Build strong client relationships by conducting comprehensive insurance reviews Quote, bind, and service personal lines policies with multiple top-rated insurance carriers Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive account reviews, renewals, and exceptional customer service Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities Respond promptly to client quotes, inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and coverage questions Provide exceptional customer service and resolve policy inquiries in a timely manner Requirements: Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals Proficiency with agency management software and CRM tools is a plus High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred About Us: At Lifetime Insurance Services, we believe insurance should be personal.
