Designer, Product & Web - Respan

Key Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end user experiences for a self‑driving observability platform, translating complex AI concepts into clear, usable interfaces. Create high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems in Figma that guide engineering implementation. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iteration to validate design decisions and improve product adoption. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design solutions with technical constraints and business goals. Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual language and component library across web and product touchpoints. Requirements 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or AI‑focused products. Strong proficiency with Figma (or comparable design tools) and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS for design handoff. Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on feedback. Excellent visual communication skills and a portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design, interaction design, and prototyping.
