Job Summary Regular or Temporary: Regular. Language Fluency: English (Required). Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America). The role is remote and requires strong collaboration with video and screen sharing tools. Required Responsibilities Work effectively in a team sales environment with the PEO Specialist to coordinate all retention and new sales activity and ensure the fastest, easiest, and most trusted benefits selling experience. Maintain increasing knowledge of PEO industry markets, products, and legal environments to provide a value‑added service to agents/brokers. Service agents/brokers’ renewals and encourage them to grow their clients’ business. Provide information on PEO administrative procedures, product availability, and the value each creates for the customer. Offer direction on the appropriate strategy to renew and place new business. Place outbound renewal calls and follow up on proposals for renewals. Conduct regular follow‑up calls to agents/brokers to maintain current accounts and market our services. Involve Benefits Sales Executive as appropriate to help close new cases and add product lines. Assist agents/brokers in presenting our products to clients by joining client/broker calls as needed. Organize and send Request for Proposals (RFP) to PEO partners. Follow up with brokers for missing RFP information. Prepare finalist presentations for presentation to the broker and/or client. Arrange technology presentations to broker and/or client. Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) for activity tracking and metrics. Coordinate with partner PEO resources as needed to maximize results; manage any renewal data received from our PEO partners. Adhere to BenefitMall confidentiality standards of information. Resolve conflicts, solve problems, and provide feedback to management. Other duties as assigned by management. Occasional long, irregular hours during peak times; physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate’s degree preferred. 2+ years professional experience in a related selling or telemarketing environment. Understanding of insurance and PEO products preferably attained through work in a PEO marketing or selling program. Good knowledge of PEO plan features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines. Active Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Exchange) and proficiency in web browsers (Google Chrome).
