Staff Accountant

LHH has partnered with our client, a privately held manufacturing company, that is seeking a Staff Accountant. This role will focus on fixed assets and sales & use tax and assisting the corporate accounting team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and asset tracking Support sales and use tax filings and related compliance activities Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Analyze financial data and research account variances Prepare reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysis Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business objectives Contribute to ongoing accounting and finance projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience Experience with fixed Assets and Sales & Use Tax Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer proficiency Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision PTO is offered on an accrual basis Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr
