ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results? Brock T. Quinn State Farm is looking for a driven insurance sales producer who knows how to recognize opportunities, build relationships, and turn leads into long-term customers. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys talking with people, asking the right questions, identifying customer needs, and confidently asking for the business. You'll use your knowledge of insurance products to help customers protect what's important to them while building a rewarding career based on your performance. ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Brock T. Quinn State Farm Agency opened in 2014 and is located near Old Town Scottsdale . We have grown to a team of 11 licensed insurance professionals and are continuing to grow. Our agency consistently ranks among the top 1% of State Farm agencies nationwide . Our agency has earned recognition including President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club . We help customers protect what's important to them through auto, home, condo, renters, life, income protection, business, flood, and other insurance products. We work in a contemporary, open-office environment where teamwork, accountability, professional development, and results matter. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and follow up with leads and prospective customers Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover insurance opportunities Recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions Schedule appointments and consistently follow up with prospectsBuild strong relationships with new and existing customers Ask for the business and close sales Meet and exceed individual sales and activity goals Work closely with the agency team to build long-lasting customer relationships Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to doing the right thing for the customer

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sales experience required Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals or quotas preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Ability to obtain required insurance licenses Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred Licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate
