Work Environment\n

As a fully remote role, you will have the flexibility to create your own workspace while being part of a supportive and collaborative virtual team. The telehealth format allows us to cater to patients across different regions, ensuring accessible mental health services for diverse populations. While adhering to a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in hours may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to assist individuals, couples, and families in overcoming challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and be a source of support in mental health emergencies, guiding patients through critical situations.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options while connecting them with community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, facilitating clear communication and continuity of care.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and improve patient outcomes.

• Stay current on latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continuously refine your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a varied patient population, from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults navigating the complexities of substance abuse and relationship issues. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that you’ll be equipped to provide tailored support that meets each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidenced by your hands-on experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, essential for working with our team and our patients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting is required, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with various electronic health record systems will be given preference. Previous training in evidence-based therapies is highly desirable and will enhance your effectiveness in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
