This role ensures that production and warehouse activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company policies and performance standards.**Key Responsibilities****Safety*** Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times* Conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and inspections* Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions* Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)* Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries**Time Management & Productivity*** Monitor daily operations to ensure productivity targets and deadlines are met* Assign tasks and manage labor to maximize efficiency* Reduce downtime and address workflow bottlenecks* Track attendance, punctuality, and performance* Ensure employees adhere to company time and attendance policies**Inventory Control*** Oversee inventory accuracy for tarps, materials, and supplies* Conduct cycle counts and coordinate physical inventories* Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials* Minimize inventory shrinkage, waste, and damage**Scheduling & Staffing*** Create and manage employee schedules to meet operational demands* Approve time-off requests and manage coverage needs* Train, coach, and develop team members* Participate in hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed**Leadership & Communication*** Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional work environment* Communicate expectations clearly to team members* Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations* Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred* Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial operations* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and safe work practices* Experience with inventory systems and scheduling* Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if required* Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, scheduling systems, inventory software)**Physical & Work Requirements*** Ability to work in a warehouse or industrial environment* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [XX] lbs as required* Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures**Performance Expectations*** Maintain a safe work environment with minimal incidents* Meet or exceed productivity and inventory accuracy goals* Maintain reliable staffing coverage and effective schedules* Foster a team-oriented, accountable workplace culture**Company Benefits:**• 2 Medical Plan Options - Base HSA (High Deductible) and Buy-UpMedical Plans• Prescription (Rx) Insurance• Health Savings Account (HSA)• 2 Dental Plan Options - Base Dental and Buy-Up Dental Plans• Vision Insurance• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s)• Health Care FSA• Dependent Care FSA• Company Paid Base Life Insurance• Company Paid Accident, Death & Dismemberment Insurance• Company Paid Business Travel Accident Insurance• Company Paid Disability Insurance Short-Term Disability (STD) and Base Long-Term Disability (LTD)Insurance• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Voluntary Hospital, Accident & Critical Illness (Cancer) Insurance• 401(K) Retirement Plan with 50% Company Match• Voluntary Pet Insurance• Vacation and Personal/Sick Time• Paid Grandparent Leave• Paid Bonding Leave• Adoption Assistance• Education Assistance (Tuition Reimbursement)
