Events Associate

Location: Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located outside Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities Promote club and member event services through thoughtful communication and coordination with members. Act as a visible, approachable presence during events to handle inquiries and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Draft Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintain floor plans, manage event app updates, and handle invoice tracking. Partner with Culinary, Golf, Facilities, and external vendors to deliver seamless event timelines. Manage vendor relationships, source partners, and build operational materials such as event manuals, orders, and inventories. Ensure accurate billing, event paperwork, and seamless communication to the operations team. Send weekly progress updates and share member feedback to continuously improve service. Skills & Experience 2–4 years in the hospitality industry with a focus on event operations. 2+ years in a luxury club, hotel, or resort environment (experience with Forbes standards preferred). Strong track record of managing budgets, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, with impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness. Confident managing, scheduling, and training staff to deliver consistent excellence. Creative, trend-savvy, and dedicated to delivering elevated member experiences. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Education & Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred—or a combination of relevant experience and training. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on feet and in various weather conditions. Positive, polished, and professional demeanor.
