Nutrition Consultant (Contract) — Thesis Health Remote | Contract | Part-Time to Full-Time About Thesis Health Thesis Health is a telehealth and personalized health optimization company dedicated to helping motivated adults achieve meaningful, lasting health outcomes. Our flagship offering, the Sentinel Program, is a comprehensive six-month engagement that integrates lifestyle foundation first, then GLP-1 therapy, peptide protocols, and hormone optimization as force multipliers, supported with genetic testing, and monthly laboratory monitoring. Since our launch in late 2025, we have built a client base of health-conscious individuals focused on weight management, metabolic health, longevity, and performance. About the Role We are seeking a credentialed Registered Dietitian or qualified Nutritionist to join Thesis Health as an independent consulting partner. This is a contract engagement designed for experienced practitioners who want access to a motivated, engaged client population without the overhead of building their own practice. Or if you have a practice, Thesis Health could become a volume client of yours. Responsibilities - Conduct individualized 45–60 minute nutrition consultations with each new Sentinel Program client, using your own intake questionnaire process, delivered through Thesis. - Lead biweekly group office hours via Zoom (transitioning to weekly as volume grows), structured around client wins, a focused educational segment, and open Q&A - Provide private 1-on-1 paid follow-up sessions for clients who request them, coordinated through Thesis Health - Collaborate with the Thesis Health team to ensure nutritional guidance integrates well with each client's broader health protocol Compensation - 1–9 consultations/month: Base rate $125 - 10–19 consultations/month: $100 per consultation - 20+ consultations/month: $85 per consultation - Non-retroactive — higher-tier rates are preserved as volume increases Qualifications - Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent licensure required - Experience in functional nutrition, metabolic health, or weight management strongly preferred - Familiarity with GLP-1 medications and nutritional considerations - Comfortable supporting clients on advanced, multi-modal health protocols - Strong communication skills; confident facilitating group sessions - Independent practitioner or existing consultant preferred How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note about your background in metabolic or functional nutrition to View email address on click.appcast.io
